Uh, no no no.

Perl has 2 IDE's. CodeMagic and CodeMagicCD, the second being a complete
commercial toolkit and coming with professional technical support. This are
geared to be ported to *NIX within the next six months, and have no interest
in corrupting the perl core source, monopolizing the perl language (and
python) using unethical means, or interest in, or subjugation to, the
Microsoft Corporation, its deadlines, or its interests (bringing Perl
dangerously close to a M$ commodity).
