that guy doesn't know the first thing about what he is talking about.

He is totally missing the point of the apache httpd and according to
the java people in the Apache Software Foundation he doesn't have a
clue and obviuosly no real experience with regards to Java, J2EE and
such.

Please stop reading bad columns by bad writers about technical stuff
they have no experience in. In particular when they're in good trusted
places like linuxtoday.com[1].
