That would be considered a "Duck" building as opposed to a "Decorated
Shed". A Duck is a building that is shaped to represent what it literally functions as: shoe repair shop - shoe shaped building, hot dog stand - hot dog shaped building. Decorated shed is an exterior adorned warehouse box of a building. These terms were coined by architect Robert Venturi in his book
"Learning From Las Vegas" in 1972.
