You might contact them, than rather than attempting to take ownership, get with the land owner. Sometimes, they will just turn the tower over to the land owner (save expense of decom). Then, maybe you can just work out a good lease with them. Then you don't have the liability for the tower - the land owner does. Believe me - we own over a dozen towers and I wish we did not . . .
