That’s how I got my tower. I was inquiring about leasing land to build a new tower and they didn’t want another tower built.
But then told me they were going to have another tower owner tear everything down to the ground because the owner didn’t want to renew. I asked the land owner if they wouldn’t mind if I just took the tower and created my own lease with the land owner. After a couple of months of legal re-working, I had the tower free of any expense and a new land lease.
