That tower looks heavy enough that if you stripped the excess load you
could probably relocate the anchors and guy it at 60%. Judging from the
pics it looks like it is at the standard 80%. Having said all that. It
might be cheaper to build another one. The "own parcel of land" deal is
tempting though.
