Redline can do three or four channels and in MIMO.

SNR may vary.

I think some of the gear allows you to use a 12mhz channel, if there are
adjacent channels available... or at least that was on the roadmap at one
point. There was also talk of being able to aggregate two non-adjacent
channels, but it's been awhile since I've looked at any TVWS stuff, so I don't
know if any of that ever actually made it into production.

Been years since I was involved so I am just musing here.
TV channels are 6 MHz wide but I think they only allow TVWS to use 5 with some
guard bands on the edges.
So you have 5 MHz and depending on the modulation you might get 6 bits per hz
or more. So that would be 30 Mbps.
And you have no noise and higher power. I think 25 Mbps should be possible.

We have also been leisurely investigating this equipment to see if the
throughput and cost might make sense for our harder to service areas. To date,
we have looked at Redline and Carlson but haven’t found lots of others. We’d be
pretty interested in what folks are finding. It has been difficult to nail down
the actual cost per subscriber, but from what we can tell, it is north of $500,
but likely closer to $1000. Additionally there are recurring fees to use the
management database which also adds to the cost.

The other item that has been tough to determine is how much speed can you get
to the subscriber for those kinds of costs. Will a good signal get you 25 Mbps
of throughput, or are those connections never going to do better than 10 Mbps
no matter how good the signal?

For those of you using this equipment, what options do you have for CPE
antenna? The options I've been quoted both look like they're going to make for
a ~$700 CPE cost, which is quite a bit more than I'm willing to spend.
