If I were doing Calix for Active I might look at the E5-520 for a comp with the ignite switch (20Ge +4 10GE). I've never priced one with them but I'd guess you just add a 0 to the ignite price. They also have a 12 CSFP (24) port card for the E7-2 chassis and you can run two of them in an E7-2 which gives you 48 ports in 1U and nothing left in your pocket.
