I don't think any Packetflux stuff does -48v because they have negative
tied to ground on the circuit board. I think you'll get sparks if you
do that.
I think it would be a bad idea with any device. You'd have to be sure
that the inputs are strongly isolated from each other. Don't cross the
streams Dr. Vankman.
