A tower company won't want a tower bought in eBay.
They want towers that have ASR, environmental certs, 2 carrier, etc. They
also are not interested in towers without good annual revenue numbers. You
might be able to ditch some in a bundle with revenue producing towers but
those will be deducted but added from the number.
