Yep. Unless the fiber dudes want to pay huge fines and repair bills, and/or invoke their insurance. And invoking/involving insurance is the LAST thing construction companies want to do because they basically get dumped after doing that.

These guys are trenching near the local water company's water and sewer lines. They refused to share their maps with water folks...water company manager warned them and is also contacting Spectrum about these jerks. Not sure if same crew but they cut into water lines in Fabens, which is just 6 miles west of Fabens... The Fabens water guys brought in their heavy equipment and blocked them from leaving...sheriff department got involved.. I thought all you fiber dudes have to get permits and access maps to avoid crap like this...
