We do have to get permits. And part of the permitting process is to supply drawings to the county/state/BLM whoever is the landowner. I presume there is an underground locate law in Texas. They should have dialed 811 and not done anything until everything was painted.

These guys are trenching near the local water company's water and sewer lines. They refused to share their maps with water folks...water company manager warned them and is also contacting Spectrum about these jerks. Not sure if same crew but they cut into water lines in Fabens, which is just 6 miles west of Fabens... The Fabens water guys brought in their heavy equipment and blocked them from leaving...sheriff department got involved..
