I think we are gonna see a lot of this. So much fed money these companies have no choice but to bid contract work. Wanna bet they're not taking the high bids? I'm irritated cause one of the name brands isnt following up with my buddy who recently entered the market. I'm guessing he didnt know how to word kickback correctly in the bid. Sad thing is hed happily kick back some cash.
