Is it a Gov't job? I remember at one of the AF's years ago talking to a
guy who said that there is a fiber line in his area that is never
marked. If it gets hit, an hour later guys in black trucks show up,
tell the crew that hit it to take the rest of the day off, and the next
day the conduit has disappeared.
The Stock traders around here operate much the same way, they think what
they do is so top secret.

Not sure if same crew but they cut into water lines in Fabens, which
is just 6 miles west of Fabens...
The Fabens water guys brought in their heavy equipment and blocked
them from leaving...sheriff department got involved..
I thought all you fiber dudes have to get permits and access maps to
avoid crap like this...
