Can you ping FROM one radio TO another radio and make sure that's good or not?
Could be bandwidth/usage. Could be an RF issue. Do you have a way to look at any of the RF stats? >5GHz link with excellent signal and noise floor If it's Ubnt don't believe that fake ass noise floor. Are you tracking the modulation by chance? It's probably not getting less than 6 ms because of the 802.11 product, but that's just a guess.
