I will probably do a full year again and then add some carbs. Last time I
totally cured my diabetes. There are people with over 10 years on it and they
have reversed a whole variety of health issues. Yes, the side effects are
there but you can manage them and eliminate them. Funny that it fixes
triglicerides and LDL too, one would think that will all that fat the opposite
would be true. I would not recommend it to anyone that is not diabetic and
overweight. My blood sugar is now hovering around 120-130, much better than
the 200-250 a few weeks ago. But the low BP was an unexpected bonus.

Dr. Ken Berry has dozens of lectures about it. And he is not selling anything
but the idea. He has no products, or books etc. Just lots of info. I think
he is credible.
This video is kinda fun as he is slightly misleading at the beginning to hook
you.

My take after reading this is that it might be OK to go full keto for a few
days, but long term carries risks.

If you don't like meat (actually, even if you do), I recommend Keto Chow
if you haven't tried it already. They have a storefront in Draper and it's
manufactured in Orem.

It's amazing if you use heavy cream for the fat source, but that doesn't
get along with me too well, so I usually use butter or avocado oil, in which
case it's only just very good.

Had to get back on keto hard as I had been slipping/being weak willed
and my A1C got up in the 7s again. I know how to get it back into the 5s. It
is very easy. Just will take some time. This time around I am doing almost a
carnivore version of keto. ( I don’t really like meat.)

Unexpected and nice result is that my BP is lower than when I was in my
20s. Hope it stays that way, will really help out the next time I have to get
my DOT or airmans medical.
