One thing these MSP sales-training things are teaching me is that A) You ha= ve to thoroughly believe you have a superior product and B) Don't get into = technical details unless required - just fix their pain points or tell them= what their pain points are, then fix them. One should be building a homoge= neous solution that actually delivers a better experience, rather than sell= ing ala carte that is disjointed.
