Stuff like this and "my VPN drops constantly" I've move to refusing to answer a second instance without a detailed diagnostics report from the remote end, in this case twitch or whatever. Same with the IT staff managing their VPN. The detailed diagnostic never arrives, sometimes there is a followup with "the it said it's the internet connection" to which a followup "thank you for the information, once you send over the detailed diagnostic identifying the point of failure we will be happy to pick this back up" tends to end us being first line There is no diagnostic coming, normally the issue gets resolved ont he other end or some other schmuck becomes their first call. It's similar to telling them to call Microsoft when their pc is slow.
