I'm going from memory, but I also thought they told you to adjust the pot all the way down to minimum voltage. Whatever the instructions were, I followed them and it worked.

Did you reconnect the battery? It senses the battery, so it might not do
anything if the battery isn't connected.

With the battery connected, do you see any current going into it?

Also, with the battery connected, disconnect the AC from the power
supply. Do you hear the relay click in the BCM?
