That's true.  That's why they have Genius Bar.  Not really trying to argue
here, but their support over Windows/PC is flat out awesome.  Take it for a
ride one day and go to one of their stores...they make it easy, they
personally take the time to teach their clients things, and they even hold
micro classes for people to teach them how to use it.  Granted not every
city has one, it's still available to many people.
