It's hard to swallow 7 grand for that, but I would certainly like a similar tool. I think it's usually done by eyeballing landmarks, and sometimes there's 10-15 degrees of confusion.

Yeah, I can see that for cellular sectors that they want a quantifiable measurement of elevation AGL, tilt angle, and azimuth...

Probably has a data logging feature per antenna that you can save and dump to a file for sending to clients.
