Any smartphone sold after mid 2013 listens to glonass as well. Russia put a 250%
import tax on things that didn't, and it was in the manufacturers' best interest
to gain higher accuracy from seeing an extra 3 or 4 glonass satellites
simultaneously. Check the chipset data for anything recent like a oneplus one,
galaxy s4/5/6, nexus 5, etc
