This is very good, however I believe you need to add what action you are asking 
your customer to take... 

It is appropriate to ask your customer to:- 

'Please remove the copyright contents, as identified by the notice from any or 
all public/file sharing applications'. 

We actually go one step further, and ask them to confirm that they have done 
so.
