Can't you buy the needed parts and configure the PCB the way you want
and do it all yourself? Like with a built-in RJ45 input?

Here's one that's a bit smaller, but probably still too big. who knows
if it will be around for awhile... it's direct from China, but there's

We have used these to power radios off batteries for
installers. They are adjustable - we set them 48v out on
16.2v battery packs.

Looking for the smallest cheapest 12 volt to 48 volt unit
that will do 20 watts.
Digi-Key has some but they are not cheap. Looking for
something in the $20 range.
