What is their customer service like? I ask because in our area Frontier and Mediacom are so hated that many people wouldn’t want them even if they offered 1 Gbps for $1/month. The speed and price don’t matter when it breaks all the time and they take a week to fix it and the bill is wrong and they lie to you.
And when it comes to business, I don’t think even AT&T and Comcast cater to businesses anymore.
