I think you need some voice narration about your company or service offering. As it stands, it’s kind of a brand image ad. But if I haven’t learned something about your service that makes my brain say “Ooooh, I could use that, I want that, tell me more, where is the phone number to call”, I have clicked away to something else.
And I have an old brain, I assume the younger people have clicked away long before me. Unless your video has cute kittens, big butts, morons injuring themselves, or a catchy dance song featuring Psy. I guess it depends on how you intend to use it. If you are going to pay for it to be shown before you view free content on the Internet, it could help your brand awareness, but in that case I would make it a little shorter so people don’t get impatient and have a negative association with your brand. I think about 10 seconds is the threshold for that. I assume you could also couple it with data tracking so people who have seen your video start seeing ads for your service as native advertising on websites that your target audience tends to frequent.
