yeah, I told sales that they need to isolate the two components internet with an Ethernet hand-off and the contract services wireless coverage, one being 39 a month and one being a 10-100k option depending on the gear, even going cheap with unifi, APs alone would hit 2500 bucks, and that doesnt include inter-connectivity or support (or profit) If I were a final decision maker, i wouldnt even offer this as a leased solution, Id require a hardware purchase with the option of a maintenance contract.
