That's a good idea. I don't think I need all of the illumination of three bulbs per light case anyways.
So I'll probably just replace as they burn out and only end up with two LED units per case/fixture instead of the three. Utah has a lighting incentive that pays 75% of the switchover apparently. I'm going to have them come give me an estimate. Is this something I can do myself? Or do I need to hire a company? My system has about 24 bays with three bulbs each drawing about 1500W when they are all working. Do I save much by going LED on these? What's ROI?
