When I built my new office building we used all LED. The garage lights were about $600 each. They are the same ones used under the Gas station canopies put up these days. I think all the LED lighting cost about $4500 which is about double what regular lighting would have cost. No idea what my savings will be over normal. I was thinking more about reducing monthly than cash layout at the time.
