If they have tone alignment available they should be using it. I know they will claim they can do just as good looking at the lights and having someone read them numbers, but I can cite many reasons why they are wrong and could be doing their job better if they used the tools available to them.

(I think it's on or near the same page with the other releases but I'm on my phone so it's hard to scan thru them all) The update has to be done over the air thru SMs auto update tho. If you need to connect the 430SM back to a 430 AP you'll need to manually downgrade the SM to 13.4.1 tho.
