No, they're saying the FCC certification is dependent on the hardware, so
as long as it originally supported DFS frequencies it will with the ePMP
software. Not sure how that works with the whole UBNT sticker mess, but I'm
guessing that it's probably just going to treat them all as being unlocked,
and it'll be our responsibility to make sure it actually has the new
stickers already.
