Yeah the only way would be to default deny and selectively allow. Even
then that's not foolproof. Who knows what crazy shit people will come up
with next on the internet. For example, the tide pod challenge videos.
That could be considered harmful to children giving them the idea to eat
poison because they see people doing it for fame.
