Though he seemed to mean 2019 1,000$ is a human brain computer, then 2029 1$ = 
human brain computer..........wth........ Anyway 2029 then = AGI it seems .... 
Maybe my 1000$ computer just isn't enough to run an AGI maybe, we can't figure 
it out how to on my computer, but the 2029 computer will be 10-1000 times 
faster, hence will get  it to run on my computer.
