Ok because cheerios have some paint thinner in them, apparently.
Never knew that about sunscreen, woah, big sabotage there to the folks in the
unknown lol.

Hmm, "Raisin bran isĀ *high in added sugar and refined carbs*, which can negate
the health benefits of its other ingredients"......also bacon is too thin and
hard and oily for me, may as well cook up some thick clean chicken!

* Also add to my plan: Ya I should probably make sure I am more fit, with my
plan above I may not be able to climb rope or do pull ups but I've not tried so
IDK. I feel like I can run a mountain right now, so I guess that's good news.
It's only the muscle in the arms and legs in a sense that'd let you do that if
I couldn't keep up with doing some activity.

* Also add to my plan: Look out for preservatives and artificial flavors and
colors, milk has none.

Yes the Vitamin D is listed in my plan above, I probably don't need sunlight,
I've been ok for 10 years+, I've always avoided sunlight later in life.

I too eat when I'm hungry, and stop when my stomach feels full. And I never get
over weight. I eat every 6 hours, otherwise not hungry. The last 6 hours of the
day is 0 food, except a sip of water else dryish mouth. That's, 2 meals for me.
Following the calories is not bad either, I probably ace 2000 calories, I
somewhat saw I do already also. I too naturally don't like candy, one day I do
want again the Wendy's rootbeer pop and nuggets, and Harvey's, and Harvey's hot
dog, etc, it's really tasty. For me, I can "sense" there is too much sugar when
it is not broken down and invisible, it makes sense it is dangerous knowing the
results of tests on people, so I hate how some foods put unneeded extra sugar
in, etc, I don't need that to be happy with a meal. I have to find new cookies
or cereal now.
