You need more carbs in the morning, when it turns into work instead of fat.
We evolved to know what to eat in a world where food was scarce, including
separate appetites for protein, carbohydrates, fat, salt, and water. We did
not evolve to live past reproductive age. You're 27. Diet might start to
matter in 20-30 years.
