The paper shows that the variants are from genomically generative non-mutative origination. Look at the step ladder in the mutation diagrams showing corrected previous mutations on each variant. IOW they are getting artificially and systemically synthesized and dispersed. Keep in mind the variants are meant to the drive smart-ape injections.
