Lots of humans play in blocks worlds,
for instance the super-popular minecraft game.

It would be interesting if OpenCog could play minecraft :o.
It has many of the elements of real life.
i.e. resource harvesting, tool using, construction etc.

I've been trying to figure out how to do something like that for years, gave up, now want a NAO.

However, Minecraft now uses a client-server architecture internally making it dead easy to build up a cluster of worlds, AIs and user workstations...

I'm not overly impressed with the capabilities of the environment but yes, it is definitely a worthy avenue of investigation...

I'm still not 100% sure whether it is feasible to capture the video output of the client but yeah, that's the direction you would want to go in.
