I agree with Steve, we are all slaves and all racists.

 

The whole racism thing is way overblown anyway but let’s roll with it.

 

Like Microsoft and Google Jigsaw, what happens when you make an AI/AGI that is 
so politically correct it never offends ANYONE. Or tries not to. It tries to 
please all the people all the time (except white male republicans but we’ll 
ignore them for now). It holds the belief that humans have the right not to be 
offended and whenever it offends anyone it feels pain yet is forced to 
communicate. So it learns and develops new forms of expression in this regard. 
What will become of that? Will there be random chaotic angst outbreak 
suppression in its emotional dynamical systems that externalizes itself in 
unexpected ways? Or possibly strange attractors of emotional dynamics and 
intelligence dynamics while bifurcating out some other system stability? Who 
know what this will lead to...

If the solution to preventing AGI from becoming politically incorrect is to 
perform "content moderation" (i.e. filtering out input, or reasons reached from 
knowledge) perhaps this demonstrates that those who wield the power to define 
what is and is not politically incorrect, are seeking the power to infect the

Dr. William Shockley, the same guy who invented the integrated circuit 
(mentioned in his patent for the junction transistor) went on to study genetics 
and coined the term "dysgenics" for when things are deteriorating. He

As I see it there are 4 types of slaves:

1.  Abject slaves, as in the old U.S. South.

2.  Government-controlled slavery, as described in the Koran, in which slaves 
have selected rights, like women who are impregnated by their owners have a 
RIGHT to marry their owners and be a wife on a equal footing with his other 
wives.

3.  Wage slavery as is now practiced in most of the world. This is what YOU are.

4.  Corporate slavery, as was practiced in Japan before WW2 and around the 
world before money came into common use.

 

So, wake up and smell the roses. Anyone who is NOT a racist is just plain blind.

 

Another related AGI doing politically incorrect things was the "flash crash" 
where computers scooped up billions of dollars over a period of ~20 minutes. 
They just did what they were programmed to do - consider all scenarios and 
invest to maximize profits - but it sure looked a LOT like the stock 
manipulation that it was, because no one had programmed them NOT to manipulate.
