Could someone comment on the "Interview with Alex Nugent" at http://www.nanomagazine.com/2002_10_26? Alex is claiming two new ideas:
1. "Frequency-dependent connection formation for neural network learning," using nanotubes in an AC field. 2. "Building networks that teach themselves through internal feedback." Both are vaguely stated in the article, so it's hard to know exactly what he means.
