Definitely, so lets try and debug the problem. Could you please check if you see any javascript exceptions when loading the backlog? (Firebug or the Safari Debugger work great for this). Not seeing a backlog at all could only be caused by js exceptions I think - or maybe by a backlog name that defeats agilos escaping and is therefore not found on the server (though that also should show a clear error).
