I just go to the auto parts store and ask for a starter relay for an early
70's Chrysler.  They come in many shapes and sizes, find one with a mounting
tab that works in your engine compartment.



Wiring is simple.  Mount the relay and ground it, you only need a 18 gauge
wire for a ground.  Remove the wire going from the ignition switch to the
starter solenoid from the starter solenoid, and connect it to the IGN tab on
the relay.  Run a 10 or 12 gauge (can't remember, 12 gauge is probably fine)
wire from the hot post on the starter/solenoid to the BATT post on the relay.
Run another wire of that same size from the SOL post on the relay to where the
ignition switch wire used to plug in to the starter solenoid.
