No "therefore". It's not a pesticide. Just like water is not a pesticide. You can wash off bugs with the hose. You can go out and squish them with your fingers, and that doesn't make you a pesticide. You can introduce beneficial insects into your garden, and they're not a pesticide. When one uses a product other than what it is labeled for...then that is a disregard for the proper labeled use...simple as that...someone tells someone that they use Dr. Bonners soap for a pesticide...the second person uses it as such...a rare plant is killed or worse yet...someone or something like a pet consumes part of the plant, becomes sick or dies from the resulting digestion of the Dr. Bonners Soap...the person who recommended that Dr. Bonners Soap be used for killing insects is liable as is the person who took that advice, and used the the 'Soap" as an insecticde/pesticide....
