Kyle, You're way, way off base here. Dr. Bronner's is not a pesticide. Period. It's not a pesticide. It's soap. Using something to kill bugs does not make something a pesticide and the action of killing bugs has nothing whatsoever to do with federal regulations. You can use beer to kill slugs (so I've heard). Does that make it a federally regulated pesticide? Of course not. If I used a flyswatter to kill a fly would I have to follow federal regulations for its use? If I did nothing to kill bugs, which is what I do (this is a "no-kill" garden), would I have to follow federal regulations in so doing? Bob Nold Denver, Colorado, USA
