I asked Philips for information needed to build linux drivers as per the ALSA call to contributors. The reply I got was very disheartening:

At this time Philips has no comment on the > development, potential drivers or anticipated dates for release of Linux > drivers for sound cards. Increased adoption as a BUSINESS operating system? That just shows ignorance there..Linux is growing by leaps and bounds in that market.
