Hi Erick, I've only had experience Joomla, but I know there are others out there, just depends.
I'd take a look at Joomla, Drupal, DotNuke, Alfresco or Orchard. I'd stay away from any of the MS solutions. They might prove too expensive initially and wrt to TOC.
