Thanks for the recommendations all! I really like Umbraco as well, but I've had a hard time finding many companies that work with it. Well, finding companies that have the capacity to take on extra projects.
We talked about something like Wordpress or Joomla but the level of technical knowledge there isn't very high. There is currently a bad key-man problem, where an outside contractor is the only one who has deep knowledge of the system and can make changes in a reasonable timeframe. And he sometimes doesn't respond for weeks at a time.
