I've tried on a Win8 laptop, a Win7 Enterprise laptop, and a Win7 Enterprise Desktop computer. The Teledongle device installs as a Telemetrum and both the red and green light come on solid. I even tried changing the device driver to the Teledongle. The two lights stay on and when trying to "Configure Altimeter," instead of the actual antenna coming up, the Teledongle comes up as the device, serial number and all.
