Actually when I set it in pad mode, it lit up everything, and worked
fine!!!

I just can't get Idle mode to display any information via TeleDongle (I can
via USB). I know there's some weird Simplex mode going on, but I was sure
I'd been able to use the radio in IDLE mode to see the status last time I
used it.

I am able to ARM/FIRE in Idle mode, so that bit works just fine!

Ok... I think I'm going to let it remain charging tonight, and see what
happens tomorrow !
