My opinions about new media festivals goes up and down but it never
ceases to amaze me how wrong people still get it. But in saying that, I
do feel some sort of focus on arts activity would be a good idea. I'm
just not sure about the 'festival' tag, what does this mean anyway in
the context we are speaking of?...as misplaced as new media...
Any activity would also have to take into consideration the veterans and
the new talent, national and otherwise, if you know what I mean and
consider the issues of accessibility with regard to the artists and
audience across the whol e of Scotland.

'mediarama'...it was pretty much a festival for
how-not-to-put-on-a-festival. I reckon one of its problems was it didn't
know who it was for, and it attempted too much too soon.
