HOW TO VOTE. The Yahoo poll system does not allow for voting on such a large number of items so an email vote will be conducted.
There are three files in the Group file section in the XFiles folder. The instructions are in VotingInstructions.txt Please read and follow the instructions. The voting form is in Vote.xls. It is only 50KB so it is designed to be email inbox friendly. Download and vote via this form. EMAIL YOUR VOTE TO [EMAIL PROTECTED] DO NOT EMAIL SUPPORT. YahooGrpFiles.xls is for reference only. I have allocated some folder numbers to the folders so we can reference them to the vote list more easily. The last worksheet in this file demonstrates how the votes will be put together. I will maintain a reference of vote/voter in a private file only, mainly to help with admin of the vote. The public vote will be confidential. THE LINKS IN THE YAHOOGRPFILE DO NOT WORK. Sorry it is only meant to help voters find the files. To read the files it is necessary to go to the Yahoo File page. I think the process is self-explanatory but queries about the process will be answered in this thread, but not necessarily within 24hours. VOTING WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK. The results of voting will be announced publically, probabaly on a progressive basis. Thanks.
